We are readily available to help you understand your legal situation and guide you through the process of pursuing an employment claim, should doing so be legally advisable.
If our client desires it, we can limit our role to analysing problems, offering advice, drafting letters and agreements for the client's signature, and, in general, remaining in the background to achieve a less confrontational negotiation process.
We do not, however, shy away from fully representing our client's interests. We are available to directly represent a client in contract or settlement negotiations and when appropriate, we will aggressively litigate against an employer in the Industrial Relations Commission or in Court.
