Just received a Court Attendance Notice (C.A.N.)?

If you have just been arrested or received a C.A.N. (Court Attendance Notice) remain calm and importantly access legal advice before you say anything to a police officer.

Most people are not aware that a right to silence exists in almost all cases and we strongly recommend you do not give that right away, rather you should exercise your right to silence until a solicitor is spoken to.
