Service
Most clients prefer to resolve their matters without a hearing or a trial. If that is your preference, Dom will work to attain the best possible result for you. After he evaluates the case against you, he will let you know the best possible position we can negotiate with your opponent as well as your chances of success at trial. Dom will sit down and discuss your options so that you can make known to us how you want to resolve the case. In addition, he will personally keep you informed of the status of your case as it progresses to assure you understand what is occurring.
You will always talk directly with him and he will attend every court hearing. Your case will have his full attention and will never be passed down to a less experienced solicitor. Client contact is an integral part of our practice. If Dom is not immediately available, he will strive to return calls on the same day. He will schedule appointments at your convenience. Our first meeting is complimentary. We look forward to talking with you soon.
We would be happy to offer you a consultation to discuss your case, simply commence the process by calling 0410 270 730 or sending an online enquiry.
Please be assured that your confidentiality is respected, as one would expect from a solicitor.
